I love these mama I wish it had more stores and it like it used to only thing I didn't like was the McDonald's need to be remodeled it sold it seems as though they don't clean like they used to also they need some work on the parking lot

All inclusive social services under one roof... Including Social Security Office ,Calworks, Clinic(s), WIC, public library and other non profit agencies. My only complaint is that you cannot bring bicycle inside .

This town center could really use a facelift! Big time!! But there is free wifi but you must be inside and pretty much dead center of the mall.

All right to Eastmont has the Social Security office which is a great place to go when you're a senior and you are taking care of very very well

Very sad Bank of America is leaving as most other vendors. Need more good stores and Keep the place clean and near BugerKing.

Went there for government business. Parking info is unclear, County office is floor below and if it's your first time you'll park miles away. Me clear directory. People are nice.

Library is great for little children. Story time is the best. And child can receive a snack.

Great little shopping center. Found everything we needed before our trip back to Los Angeles.

Medi-cal office was smooth, quick, and the employees made everything non stressful. Oaklands office is the best I've been to this far.

Barely worth visiting unless your doing in home care or well fare

This place is great if you want cheap on cloths, shoes, phones. Or have trouble finding cloths that fit your booty. It is in East Oakland which some may consider ghetto. But as a local might say "Don't start no trouble, won't be no trouble!"

Senir services. Good library. Parking lot is literally falling down.

Ok too many people not being courteous to each other. Rude and/or disrespectful, however, the employees were kind and had good customer service.

The shopping center has a few stores worth a look. It also has a Bank of America. Deedees discount is a definitely worth a look. Alameda county social services are located inside the mall, and their main purpose is to assist people...they are doing great work and so long as you are respectful, they will show you the same.

Well it amazes me how there can be so much bad stuff going on right under the OPD nose. But this area is definitely my last go to place to shop or take care of business. It has the government health center. Ssi ssdi office. Welfare office etc. In the back side of the mall there is a shiek shoe store. Rainbow, beauty supply store, gazzali's grocery store, CVS, dd's discount boa, western union/check cashing store, burger king, auto zone, and taco bell. All the other stores have been closed down or shut out of business. They also have a cricket phone store, and a men's clothing store inside of the mall. There is a lot of solicitors and others who hang out in front of the mall and on the premises. So its def my last resort of a place to shop. But that's just me. If you can look past the crime and all the other stuff. Then I guess its a cool little one stop shop. But for me personally there's other places all over Oakland to get the things offered here other places so I can avoid all the nonsense.

A better use for a long lost crime hole of the past. Now that many city government programs, clinics, senior centers are their along with the police department the area is a positive point in the city.

Not much here, a lot of county services, social security and wellness center. Best place is H&R Block open 9a-5p Mon-Sat! Come have your taxes prepared by the Office Manager, me!

A large beautiful place for many of your shopping needs both small and large as well as a move theater.

A MacDonald s that only had drive thru open during construction. A mall that only has social services a bus station and a hugh Oakland police station. Yet it's still called a mall. A decent enough point of transit but Eastmont town center? I guess but not a mall or whatever they try to call it.

Convenience, plenty of parking and a McDonald's to boot. Take care of business and good meal all in the same area. What more can you want?👊

This AutoZone is one of the most well-stocked AutoZones in the area. There is plenty of flat, off-street, parking to address your vehicle's immediate needs. The staff is mostly helpful and considerably knowledgeable. The downside is that it is at the Eastmont Center which is always crawling with LEOs and rude/zombie drivers, which means you have to be on your toes constantly.

Pharmacy is extremely slow but the staff is really friendly. They always seem to have what I want. Just need more help in the pharmacy

Good morning it wad a good day at the auto zone got what i needed to fix my car. Good service.

They didn't have what we needed in stock but had something similar to do the trick. Security does carry a weapon here.
