I give 4 stars strictly beccause Dr Alexander W., Veronica K, Tryvon, and James S are all great people. He is the best counselor that I have ever in 10 years period. Im 27\m/caucasian and get treated perfectly normal and he is a no bs caring and smart and engaging counselor. Some I notice are not so much but that is in my humble opinion, but it is an overcrowded clinic snd they have a heavy load of 51+ counseler unfortunately when it should be 36-46 but I can see show certain counselors click with all different type of people but I have noticed the three above are great and go above and beyond, ive noticed Karl and Carl (both carls) also seem really chill. I drive all the way from north dublin/south san ramon because James is the best counselor I've had and I've had 5, other than that the clinic is really packed but they have been moving the line faster lately but still slow. but it worth it cayse of counselors. People/Clients can be sketchy as f so be careful who you friend, sometimes you meet people with similar interests and carpool so become friends. But some people are great just meet them well first.

My experience with baart has been good. I have had the best counselors you can get. I could have never meet or been counseled by better, more caring professional people. My present counselor is really a great lady. She is a great example, a person I can respect & admire. Oakland is a fortunate Place. I feel very blessed to be able to participate in this Baart program. The dosing Nurses are very good. The financial department lady is very knowledgeable & helpful. The front desk person is very efficient, friendly, & welcoming. The director is a very helpful, informative, compassionate Woman. She handled a personal family matter for me with much dignity. She was Empathetic, Professional, Understanding & kept Everything Private. The Dr. is Really Good. Very Reserved yet Any & All concerns he is able to address. Very punctual, Professional while Approachable. Thanks also to our Security Gaurd. At last Yes I Do After All Appreciate Baart Methadone Clinic. A long term client.

They occasionally give out emergency doses

Amazing staff and counselors especially considering the amount of unpleasant and overall rude people I've seen them put up with on a daily basis. I recommend this or any other BAART location to anyone who needs help with their opiate addiction.

I would give BAART Oakland five stars however I did initially have some problems there. My second time going there and I am still going there currently but I want to change my review completely because not only did the head of BAART come to address my problems but took personal interest into helping me with my problems at the clinic as well as took personal interest into helping me with other issues that I have going on in my life, and it happened almost immediately it might've even been the next day. I would also like to personally thank two people that have both taken what I feel is a genuine concern with getting my life together; they are my counselor who would probably like to remain anonymous and the treatment center director as well and again I won't mention any names to keep their anonymity but I couldn't be more pleased with the interest they have shown in helping me.

I am having a good experience, with this program. It is so far helping my life and come back the way used to be, Thank you very much it's nice to know that there something possible out there to be able to get back on my feet
